How do I get started?

Download Reine from the App Store, open the app, and follow the two-minute conversational onboarding. Reine will ask about your sport, your story, and what lights you up — then build your Brand DNA from those answers. Most athletes are set up in under five minutes.

How do I connect Instagram and TikTok?

In onboarding, or anytime from Settings, you'll authorize Reine through Instagram and TikTok's official login screens. We never see your password — the platforms handle authentication directly.

We use these connections to schedule posts on your behalf, pull engagement data into your Brand Score, and learn what's working so Reine's recommendations get smarter over time.

What's my Brand DNA?

Your Brand DNA is who you are beyond your sport — your voice, your story, your niche, your goals. Reine builds it during onboarding and refines it every time you chat with her or post.

Everything Reine recommends — content plans, captions, brand matches — flows from your DNA. The more honest you are about who you want to become, the sharper the recommendations get.

What does my Brand Score actually measure?

Your Brand Score is a real-time read on your brand health — built from five signals: Consistency, Resonance, Niche Authority, DNA Alignment, and Growth Trajectory.

It updates as you post, engage, and grow. Tap your score on the Home tab to see the underlying breakdown and what's moving the needle this week.

Can I actually talk to Reine?

Yes. Tap "Talk to Reine" from the Home tab. Ask anything — content ideas, feedback on a draft, weekly plans, strategy questions, what to post before a game.

Reine learns your voice and your taste with every conversation. The more you chat, the more she sounds like you.

Does Reine post for me automatically?

Only when you approve. Reine drafts your content, cuts your clips, and writes captions in your voice — but nothing goes live until you tap publish. You're always in the driver's seat.

What's the Founding 1,000 program?

Reine's first 1,000 athletes get one year of Reine Pro — free. Plus first access to everything we ship and the ability to gift Reine Pro to five teammates.

No credit card required during the founding period. The program closes when we hit 1,000.

What happens after the founding year?

You'll get a heads-up 30 days before your free year ends. From there, you can choose to continue with Reine Pro at our regular monthly price, drop down to Reine Free (which still includes core features), or cancel. Your data and Brand DNA stay with you either way.

How do you handle my data?

We don't sell your data. Content you create stays yours. We use OpenAI for content generation and Anthropic for chat responses, both under industry-standard data processing agreements that prohibit training on your inputs.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your Brand DNA, content history, and all associated data within 30 days. You can also email us at support@reinecollective.com to request deletion directly.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through your Apple ID. On your iPhone: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap Reine. From there you can change, pause, or cancel anytime.

Founding 1,000 members aren't billed during the founding year — no action needed.

Can I get a refund?

Apple processes all refunds for App Store subscriptions. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Reine purchase. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help advocate.

The app keeps crashing or freezing.

First, try this: close the app, restart your iPhone, and reopen. That fixes most issues. If it's still happening, make sure you're on the latest version (App Store → Updates).

Still stuck? Email support@reinecollective.com with a screenshot and the version number (Settings → About). We respond within 24 hours.

I can't connect my social account.

Make sure you're logged into the right Instagram or TikTok account in your phone's Safari browser before authorizing. If you have multiple accounts, this trips people up most often.
